The 612 features Pininfarina-designed body panels over an aluminum space-frame chassis, and this example is finished in Argento Nurburgring (101C). Multi-piece 19″ wheels with red center caps are mounted with 245/40 front and 285/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. The right front wheel is scratched. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and red-finished calipers. A February 2022 service included straightening the wheels, installing the tires, and replacing the brake pads and rotors as well as the upper and lower ball joints.
The 2+2 cabin features black leather upholstery with white stitching on the Daytona-style front seats, dashboard, center console, rear seats, and door panels. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and power windows. The radio bezel and headliner were replaced in February 2022. The dashboard upholstery is lifting, the audio head unit has been removed, and the seat adjustment and climate control buttons are sticky.
The multifunction steering wheel fronts paddle shifters and instrumentation consisting of a tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline, a 220-mph speedometer, and a digital display. The digital odometer indicates 28k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.7-liter DOHC V12 was factory rated at 533 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque when new. In February 2022 a service was performed, and additional work consisted of replacing the battery, fuel pump, water pump, and hoses along with flushing the cooling system. The car passed a California emissions inspection in July 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle. The belly pan was replaced in February 2022. Additional underbody photos are provided in the gallery.
