Factory 16″ and 17″ wheels are mounted with 195/45 Achilles ATR Sport tires up front and 235/40 Venezia Crusade HP rubber at the rear. Stopping power is provided by AP Racing front calipers, Brembo rear calipers, and cross-drilled rotors at each corner, which work in conjunction with a regenerative braking system.
The cockpit houses heated and manually adjustable sport bucket seats trimmed in gray leather with red inserts, and they are joined by color-coordinated door panel inserts. Cruise control, air conditioning, a push-button gear selector, a digital vehicle information screen, and an Alpine touchscreen stereo headline the list of interior appointments. The optional Electronics Group added HomeLink and a seven-speaker sound system with a subwoofer.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a combination speedometer and tachometer, a kilowatt usage gauge, and an LCD screen that displays battery range. The digital odometer indicates 9k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 375-volt three-phase AC induction motor is paired with an 80-kWh 3.0 Upgrade lithium-ion battery pack that was installed by Tesla Service of Las Vegas, Nevada, in August 2016 at a cost of $29k. The Power Electronics Module (PEM) was rebuilt by the Gruber Motor Company of Phoenix, Arizona, in July 2021, and the 12-volt auxiliary battery was replaced and relocated to the trunk under current ownership.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a single-speed BorgWarner direct-drive transmission.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Tesla Motors of San Carlos, California, and lists standard features, options, and a total cost of $117,150. A Tesla 220-volt High Power Wall Connector is included in the sale along with manufacturer’s literature, service records, two keys, and a scale model car.
