The 16” steel wheels were reportedly sourced from a Chevrolet Camaro police cruiser and wear chrome MG-branded hub caps. They are mounted with 225/55 front and 255/50 rear BFGoodrich G-Force Sport tires. Following the seller’s purchase the chassis was modified with a Chris Alston Chassisworks independent front suspension, a Jaguar-sourced IRS rear end, front and rear sway bars, and four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes.
The cockpit features aluminum Kirkey racing seats upholstered in tan vinyl and fitted with electric heaters. Interior amenities include a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror, rear-hinged doors, a removable roll bar, MG-branded harnesses, and cup holders. Sound-deadening material was installed during refurbishment.
Auto Meter instrumentation has been installed and includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage. The digital odometer indicates 4k miles, which is said to reflect the mileage driven since the build was completed.
The 383ci Chevrolet V8 was installed by the seller and is fitted with Edelbrock Pro-Flo electronic fuel injection, an Accel ignition system, custom-fabricated exhaust headers, and a dual exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and a Salisbury Power Lock differential with 3.48:1 gearing.
