The interior features herringbone-patterned gray cloth upholstery with gray piping, which extends from the seating surfaces to the door panels and rear trim panels. A vase is affixed to the dashboard, the side windows have metal visors, and a VDO rearview mirror features an inset clock. The steering lock was reportedly replaced in May 2022.
A two-spoke steering wheel with a gold Wolfsburg crest sits ahead a VDO 80-mph speedometer and a vertical Dehne fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 91k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The 1,131cc flat-four utilizes a single carburetor with a black air cleaner and is paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. The battery was replaced in May 2022.
