The exterior is said to have been refinished in Guards Red as part of the aforementioned refurbishment under previous ownership. The side mirrors were removed, the chrome bumpers were smoothed, and the stainless trim pieces were refinished during the build. Replacement tinted glass has been fitted throughout, and further exterior details include a hood ornament, HID headlights, LED taillights, a retractable antenna, and Bel Air badging.
Polished 18″ and 20″ Boyd Coddington wheels are mounted with Toyo Proxes S/T tires measuring 235/40 up front and 295/40 out back. The car is equipped with power steering, and it rides on a RideTech suspension system featuring air shocks, tubular upper and lower control arms, and a front sway bar as well as a four-link rear setup with a pan hard bar. Stopping power is provided by red-finished Wilwood six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers over drilled and slotted disc brakes.
The power-operated front bucket seats are said to have been sourced from a Cadillac and are upholstered in beige leather that extends to the custom-fabricated rear seats, headliner, and door panels. Sound deadening material lines the floors along with tan carpeting, while a full-length center console houses a Vintage Air climate control panel, a Lokar shifter, air ride switches, front and rear cupholders, and an Alpine CD stereo. A battery kill switched has been installed on the right-rear quarter panel, and additional appointments include a chrome-finished rearview mirror, power windows, door- and rear-mounted speakers, dual dome lights, lap belts for all occupants, and color-coordinated floor mats.
A polished three-spoke steering wheel sits on an Ididit tilt column and fronts a Classic Instruments 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. An analog clock is fitted on the body-color dash, and Air Ride Technology gauges are mounted on the center console. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 338 miles, which is said to reflect the distance traveled since the refurbishment. Total mileage is unknown.
The firewall was smoothed and modified, while the inner fenders, radiator support, and underside of the hood were painted to match the body. The 5.7-liter LS6 V8 was purchased as a crate engine from Street & Performance of Mena, Arkansas, and installed by R&P Machine Shop of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, as part of the build. Equipment includes a Griffin polished aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, and red-finished Bel Air-branded valve covers as well as a chrome-finished intake manifold, air inlet tube, pulleys, alternator, and air conditioning compressor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission with a Specialty Auto Tech cooler and an aluminum driveshaft. The Ford 9″ Positraction rear end with 3.55:1 gearing was painted red along with the underside. A stainless-steel fuel tank has been fitted, and the dual-exhaust system features tubular ceramic headers and Flowmaster mufflers.
