The cabin features a power-adjustable bench seat upholstered in blue and white pleated vinyl and is accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Amenities include a heater, an AM radio, an analog clock, a floor-mounted shifter, power windows, and a locking glovebox. A loose piece of fabric at the kick panel in the driver’s footwell was repaired under current ownership. The seller notes that the fore/aft adjustment on the power seat works, but the up/down switch does not.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames an Astra Dial instrument cluster housing a sweeping 150-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer indicates 1,400 miles, approximately 20 of which were added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The P-code 292ci Y-block V8 is topped with a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 198 horsepower.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a Fordomatic three-speed automatic transmission.
