Finished from the factory in Colonial Creme (800), the car was reportedly repainted under previous ownership. Body-color 14” wheels wear spinner-style full covers and are mounted with 205/75 BFGoodrich Silvertown wide-whitewall tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted drums at all four corners. The seller notes a power steering fluid leak.
The cabin features front and rear bench seats trimmed in yellow vinyl with silver inserts as well as color-coordinated door panels and black carpeting. Bright trim accents a black metal dash, and additional appointments include an under-dash tissue box holder, a clock, Bel Air-branded carpeted floor mats, and an aftermarket retro-style stereo with an auxiliary input.
The two-spoke steering wheel wears a chrome horn ring and frames a 120-mph speedometer flanked by gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 9k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 283ci V8 was factory-rated at 220 horsepower and is equipped with a Carter four-barrel carburetor, Power Pack cylinder heads, and a dual exhaust system. An oil change was performed in December 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The car is equipped with a stainless steel dual exhaust system. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
