Polished 15″ U.S. Mags wheels are mounted with 235/70 General Altimax RT tires. A TCI coil spring front clip with 2″ dropped spindles and power-assisted rack and pinion steering have been installed. The truck is also equipped with 11″ front disc brakes and a Classic Performance Products Hydroboost system for the brakes and steering.
The cab features a tan vinyl bench seat with matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include Vintage Air air conditioning, a Flaming River tilt steering column with shifter, Lokar pedals, a center console with dual cupholders, a Custom Autosound USA 700 radio with Bluetooth and a CD controller, 50-watt kick panel speakers, and 200-watt Undercover II rear speakers. Sound dampening material was installed on the floors, cab interior, and doors, and shoulder harnesses have been added. The truck is wired with an American Autowire kit and the aftermarket rearview mirror features a temperature readout and a compass. The seller reports that the heater does not work.
The three-spoke woodgrain steering wheel fronts a Dakota Digital VHX instrument display comprising a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The odometer shows 6k miles. The seller states that the odometer reflects the distance traveled since the build was completed. Total chassis mileage is unknown.
The replacement 350ci V8 is equipped with FiTech fuel injection on an Edelbrock intake manifold, as well as a Billet Specialities air cleaner and valve covers, a four-core aluminum radiator, and a 16″ electric fan with a custom shroud. Other features include a Proform mechanical advance distributor, an Eddie Motorsports S-Drive serpentine pulley system, a Powermaster 120 amp alternator, Sanderson headers with 3” collectors, and a 2.5″ Magnaflow exhaust. The factory penetrations in the firewall have been filled and smoothed, and Eddie Motorsports billet hood hinges have been installed. The oil was changed within the last 700 miles.
