15″ alloy wheels wear Mercedes-Benz center caps and are wrapped in Goodyear Regatta tires. The car is equipped with double-wishbone front suspension, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features bucket seats reupholstered in black leather as well as wood trim on the dashboard. A custom wood center console has been added, and additional equipment includes a heater, an armrest, sheepskin seat covers, floor mats, a locking glove box, an aftermarket Blaupunkt Nashville cassette radio, aftermarket rear speakers, and a 12-disc CD changer.
The two-spoke steering wheel wears a stitched-on cover, and VDO instrumentation includes a 220-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 60k kilometers (~37k miles), and the total mileage is unknown.
The 2.3-liter M127 inline-six features Bosch mechanical fuel injection and was rated at 148 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque when new.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
Owner’s manuals, workshop manuals, and a selection of literature are included in the sale.
