Steel 14″ wheels wear bright Mercedes-Benz–branded hubcaps with body-color centers and are mounted with 195/70 Hankook Optima H724 tires. A full-size spare with a mismatched tire is secured in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, hydropneumatic rear suspension, and power-assisted dual-circuit disc brakes. The suspension bellows were replaced in April 2020, and scrapes are visible on the wheel covers.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan leather complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. A VDO analog clock is housed in the dashboard, which also features wood trim, tan padding, and a Becker Mexico AM/FM stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. Additional features include a cabin heater, lap seatbelts, and carpeted floor mats. Delamination is visible on the instrument shroud, cracks are visible in the wooden center console tray, and trim is missing from the driver door lock and passenger window crank.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 140-mph speedometer, and vertically oriented gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 15k miles, though the total mileage is unknown. There are cracks in the steering wheel.
The 3.0-liter M189 inline-six was factory rated at 170 horsepower and features an alloy engine block and Bosch mechanical fuel injection. Work since 2017 included replacing the generator with an alternator, refurbishing the heater core, and replacing the suspension bellows, heater hoses, battery, and battery cables.
