The chrome ventilated wheels wear polished Porsche crest hubcaps and are mounted with 165VR15 Michelin XAS NO tires. A matching spare wheel and tire are mounted in the front trunk. Stopping power is provided by discs at all four corners.
The cockpit features seats trimmed in black leatherette with cloth Pepita inserts. Equipment includes a black leather dash pad, wood dash trim, a Blaupunkt push-button radio, a loudspeaker, folding rear seats, three-point seat belts, and salt-and-pepper carpets. A Webasto gas heater with a two-speed blower motor was optioned from the factory and is currently disconnected.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames VDO green letter instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 150-mph speedometer, a clock, and combination gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.0-liter 901/01 flat-six features twin Solex carburetors and was factory rated at 130 horsepower. The engine is said to have been rebuilt by Robin Reddy of Redbone Garage in Orlando, Florida, under previous ownership, and it was reportedly fitted with new pistons, cylinders, connecting rods, bearings, valves, and guides at that time along with a larger oil pump and 930 chain tensioners and guides. Engine stamping *901392* can be seen in the gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle that is said to have been rebuilt under previous ownership. An electric fuel pump is fitted.
