The wood-rimmed steering wheel is equipped with a Shelby-branded horn button and fronts a 140-mph speedometer, a column-mounted Sun Tach tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles, approximately 400 of which were added by the current owner. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 302ci V8 was reportedly built with a 331” rotating assembly by Motor Masters of Hartford, Wisconsin in 2012. Equipment includes a Holley four-barrel carburetor, vented valve covers, an MSD ignition box, a finned Cobra oil pan, and a GT350R-style fuel tank. Service in March 2021 included changing the fluids, installing valve cover spacers and replacing the oil cooler hoses, oil pan gasket, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, drive belts, valve cover gaskets, and clutch return spring.
