The car reportedly left the factory finished in Emberglo (V) and was refinished in metallic Ivy Green in 2007. The coupe body was converted to a retractable hardtop in the 1980s, and the rear decklid and tail panel were also modified. Features include grille-mounted driving lamps, chrome-finished bumpers, GT badges, gold side stripes, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance.
Styled 14″ wheels wear pony center caps and are mounted with F70-14 Firestone Super Sports redline tires. The car was fitted with full-frame torque boxes, and braking is handled by unassisted drums at all four corners.
The front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in Palamino vinyl upholstery with parchment accents. Features include the Interior Décor Group, woodgrain trim accents, an emergency flasher system, seat belt lights, lap belts, polished door sills, and a reproduction AM/FM radio. The trunk is carpeted, and the inside of the lift-up decklid has an upholstered pony logo. The glovebox door is signed by Ben J. Smith. The air conditioning does not work.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Rally Pac gauges mounted to the steering column in addition to a 140-mph speedometer flanked by readouts for fuel level, engine temperature, amperage, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 4k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 289ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor, Hi-Po exhaust manifolds, finned valve covers, and a polished air cleaner lid. An export brace and Monte Carlo bar are installed. An oil change was performed in 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a C4 three-speed automatic transmission and an axle with 2.80:1 gearing.
