Factory 15″ steel wheels were refinished by the seller and wear a set of chrome covers and 165/80 Nankang CX-668 tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The interior is trimmed in tan leatherette and features matching door panels and a contrasting black dashboard. Matching tan carpets are fitted, and additional equipment includes a heater, wood trim, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. There is a crack in the dash pad, and wear is noted on the driver’s seat. The passenger floor pan was replaced by the seller, and progress photos are provided in the gallery below.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation including a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 91k miles, and the clock does not work.
The 1.6-liter flat-four is fitted with dual Weber carburetors and a Bosch 031 distributor. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Type 902 five-speed manual transaxle. Service under the seller’s ownership included replacing the clutch, pressure plate, shifter bushings, distributor, spark plugs, and fluids.
Engine stamping *4093470* matches the number listed on the Kardex. The transaxle number also matches what is shown in an accompanying photo.
