Rally II-style 15″ wheels are wrapped in 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires showing 2013 production codes. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. Work performed since 2020 is noted to have included replacing subframe and suspension bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, springs, and shocks along with the brake pads, shoes, calipers, and hoses. Dents in some of the wheel trim rings are visible in the gallery below.
The seller states the front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in black vinyl during prior ownership and additional work included re-dying the dashboard and trim pieces, and replacing the carpets and headliner. Amenities include air conditioning, a multimedia stereo, a center console, and a floor shifter.
A three-spoke Formula-style steering wheel has been added and fronts replacement instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset clock, and readouts for oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 56k miles, approximately 6k of which were added during current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The 400ci L74 V8 was rebuilt in 2021, and additional work performed during current ownership is noted to have included replacing the engine and air conditioning wiring harnesses and converting the air conditioning system to use R134A refrigerant. The car is fitted with a Pertronix electronic ignition system and a dual exhaust.
The engine stamping shown above includes the sequence “110570,” which matches the last eight characters of the VIN tag. Additional stampings are documented in the photo gallery.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a PQ-code three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission and a COU-code 12-bolt rear end with an Eaton limited-slip differential carrier. Work performed during current ownership is said to have included rebuilding the transmission and replacing the pinion and axle seals along with the axle bearings.
The build sheet is shown above and additional documents included in the sale consist of a photocopy of the original sales invoice, PHS documentation, past state inspection reports, service records, and manufacturer’s literature.
