Work performed under current ownership reportedly included replacing the front trunk cowl cover, hood struts, exterior seals, passenger-side taillight, and front and rear turn signal lenses. The seller notes cracking in rubber seals and weatherstripping, paint chips, indentations, and corrosion on the rocker panels, door sills, passenger-side fender, and bumper corners.
Chrome-finished 15″ steel wheels are mounted with 165/80 Pirelli Cinturato CN36 tires that were reportedly installed in August 2021. The car is equipped with Bilstein rear shocks, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin houses front bucket seats upholstered in black with textured centers as well as color-coordinated individual rear seats and a contrasting headliner. Three-point front seatbelts were installed under current ownership, and additional amenities include a locking glove compartment, Porsche-branded floor mats, and an AM/FM radio. Cracking is evident on the dashboard, as is wear on the driver-seat bolster, stains on the headliner, and discolored carpeting. The hand throttle control was repaired and the parking brake boot was replaced under current ownership.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The speedometer rod was replaced under current ownership. The five-digit odometer shows 92k miles.
The carbureted 2.2L flat-six is equipped with twin Zenith 40 TIN carburetors. An engine-out service was performed under current ownership and included cleaning the engine and transaxle, carburetor and valve adjustments, an oil change, and replacing the following parts and components:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Under current ownership, the CV joint gaskets, shift rod seal, transmission fluid, clutch disc, pressure plate, clutch arm pivot bolt, pilot bearing, clutch cable, and clevis clutch cable end were replaced. Corrosion is noted on underside components, additional images of which are displayed in the gallery.
