The truck is equipped with Warn locking front hubs, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. Work during the refurbishment included stripping and powder-coating the frame, overhauling the suspension, and installing a 4″ suspension lift and a Rough Country dual-damper steering stabilizer kit.
The front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in tan vinyl, and the interior features a body-color dashboard and brown carpets. Work during the refurbishment included replacing the carpets, door panels, window cranks, and door handles, and installing a Vintage Air climate control system, a Custom Autosound retro-look stereo, JL Audio amplifiers, dual JL Audio subwoofers, Morel speakers, a roll bar, custom floor mats, heat shielding, and sound-damping material.
The billet steering wheel is mounted to a Classic Performance Products steering column and sits ahead of instrumentation supplied by Classic Instruments. The instrument panel houses a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 300 miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The 383ci V8 was rebuilt and installed during the refurbishment, and the seller notes that it is equipped with the following:
Additional equipment is said to include a Melling high-volume oil pump and a Bravex distributor.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case, both of which are said to have been overhauled during the refurbishment. Additional work reportedly included installing front and rear Truetrac limited-slip differentials.
