The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level as well as oil temperature, pressure, and level. The five-digit odometer shows 31k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown, and the seller notes that the clock does not work.
The air-cooled 2.4L flat-six and the 915 five-speed manual transaxle were removed by California Porsches in Costa Mesa in 2017 and serviced, which is said to include detailing the engine, a valve adjustment, and replacement of hoses. The batteries were replaced in 2020.
