Multi-piece Fuchs wheels with BBS rim halves measure 17×9″ up front and 17×11″ out back and are mounted with Toyo Proxes R888 tires. The car is reportedly equipped with custom-valved Bilstein dampers, aftermarket torsion bars, TRG sway bars, reinforced and raised spindles, adjustable rear spring plates, an aluminum front crossmember, and aluminum trailing arms. Stopping power is provided by early factory Brembo 930/917-specification calipers and and cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. A four-wheel alignment and a corner balance were recently performed.
The cabin features ST-style Recaro seats trimmed in black Nappa leather with Tartan cloth inserts and ventilation grommets. Equipment includes air conditioning, three-point seatbelts, RS-style carpets and door panels, and a Bluetooth-capable Sony stereo hooked to an Audison amplifier, digital signal processor, speakers, and subwoofers in a custom enclosure. The rear seat has been removed and a four-point RSR-style roll bar is bolted to the floor.
A MOMO Jackie Stewart steering wheel sits ahead of a VDO 180-mph speedometer and a 10k-rpm RSR-style tachometer that were installed during current ownership. The five-digit odometer has stopped and shows 4k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The twin-plug 3.6L flat-six was reportedly sourced from a 1990 Porsche 964 and rebuilt in 2001 by Pat Williams Racing of Memphis, Tennessee. Equipment is said to include an aftermarket DME chip, nose- and side-mounted oil coolers, a 915-specification flywheel and clutch disc, aftermarket valve springs and retainers, and a stainless-steel exhaust system with headers, heater boxes, and lightweight Burns mufflers. The car was dyno-tuned in 2017 and results from a dyno test are shown in the gallery below.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle, which is reportedly equipped with a Wevo internal gate, a Quaife limited-slip differential, and a 3.875:1 ring-and-pinion.
