The truck was finished from the factory in blue and white and was repainted during current ownership, at which time the front and rear bumpers were refurbished, a hole on the driver-side floor was repaired, and the floor was sprayed with a white 2K urethane coating. Exterior features include a front LED light bar, an ARB roof rack, front frame rail extensions, aftermarket window tint, and a front Warn winch that is said to have recently received a replacement control pack. The seller notes a prior repair on the roof above the driver’s door, along with a patch on the hood and around the rear cargo window. The tailgate window can be operated from the main switch on the dash, but the key cylinder in the tailgate is inoperable, and the Warn winch is said to require a brake replacement.
Powder-coated gray 15” steel wheels have been widened to 8” and are mounted with BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 mud tires. Power steering came optioned from the factory. The truck rides higher than stock on Old Man Emu shocks, Alcan leaf springs, and rear airbags. A sway bar has also been added, and an ARB air compressor is mounted in the engine compartment.
The cabin houses two rows of bench seats that were re-trimmed in black vinyl with plaid cloth inserts during current ownership, at which time sound deadening and replacement carpets were added to the floors. Appointments include a RetroSound head unit that features Bluetooth compatibility and is linked with an amplifier and aftermarket speakers, along with a white-finished roll bar, a Rigid LED dome light, and air conditioning that was reportedly re-charged in preparation for the sale. An auxiliary switch unit used to control lights and the ARB air compressor is mounted on the left of the steering wheel, and USB charging ports are found on the passenger-side of the dash. A fire extinguisher is mounted to the roll bar in the rear cargo area, and a removable center console with cupholders is included in the sale.
Instrumentation consists of an 85-mph speedometer and a combination gauge for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and amperage. The five-digit odometer failed several years ago and currently shows 75k miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The 4.2-liter 2F inline-six was rated at 135 horsepower and 135 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed in July 2022, and the carburetor was reportedly rebuilt in preparation for the sale. The truck is said to retain its factory smog equipment.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. A fluid leak is noted by the seller.
