The air conditioning is inoperable and the selling dealer notes that the headlight switch has been bypassed and now the headlights are operated via a dash-mounted toggle switch.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation consisting of an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, water temperature, and oil pressure. An analog clock is mounted on the center console along with an oil temperature gauge. The six-digit odometer shows 24k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 2.9-liter quad-cam V8 is equipped with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 205 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt, engine mounts, rear exhaust manifold, and exhaust manifold gaskets were replaced in 2016, and an oil change was carried out in April 2022, at which time the air filter was replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes that Tubi Style exhaust components have been added and that the car’s smog pump has been removed.
A tool kit, a jack, and manufacturer’s literature are included in the sale.
