The Ramcharger was based on a shortened ½-ton truck chassis. This example was refinished in two-tone silver under previous ownership in 2021 and features tinted glass, a front bull bar with a Badland winch and off-road lights, a front visor with amber marker lights, bright low-mount mirrors, a rear receiver hitch, aluminum tailgate trim, a Ram hood ornament, and Prospector badging. The selling dealer notes dings and pitting in the trim and mirrors along with discoloration around the rear-window seal.
Polished 15″ aftermarket wheels are mounted with 33×12.50″ Maxxis Bighorn white-letter tires that show 2010 date codes. The suspension has been lifted and Rancho RS5000 shocks were installed by the selling dealer. A Rancho steering stabilizer, manual locking M&M front hubs, and wheel locks are also fitted. The selling dealer notes vibrations when driving at high speed.
The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in red, with a color-coordinated headliner, door panels, dash trim, and carpets. The selling dealer states that the driver’s seat has been reupholstered and that the carpets were replaced under previous ownership. Woodgrain trim accents the door panels and instrument cluster, and a console separates the front seats. The truck is equipped with cruise control, and a Kenwood stereo and Pioneer speakers have been installed. The door locks and air conditioning are inoperative, the console button and courtesy-light lenses are missing, and the headliner is sagging in some areas.
A four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes an 85-mph speedometer surrounded by four auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 25k miles and has rolled over. Total mileage is unknown.
The rear seat folds down, and a spare wheel and tire with a cover is located in the rear cargo area.
The carbureted 318ci V8 has been modified with a Holley four-barrel 600-cfm carburetor, an aftermarket air filter, and a black-painted Edelbrock intake manifold. Smog equipment has been removed and a dual 2.25″ exhaust without catalytic converters is fitted. The battery was replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is delivered to the rear or all four wheels through a 727 three-speed automatic transmission and an NP208 dual-range transfer case. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The truck’s broadcast sheet will be included along with manuals, brochures, and a paint-chip sheet.
