The car rides on an independent adjustable suspension with adjustable coilovers at all four corners. Braking is handled by four-wheel power-assisted disc brakes, and the brakes are said to have been serviced approximately three years ago.
The cabin features low-back bucket seats upholstered in tan Connolly leather, which extends to the dashboard and door panels. Interior equipment includes an AC-branded wood shift knob, a heater, a Kenwood stereo, and Simpson lap belts. The seller reports that the seat cushion linings were replaced in May 2022.
The wood-rimmed Mota-Lita steering wheel fronts Smiths Instrumentation including a tachometer, a 170-mph speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 25k miles.
The 302ci Ford V8 is equipped with GT40-style cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, and a Ford Performance ignition system. An oil change and tune-up were performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a BorgWarner T-5 five-speed manual transmission that is said to have been installed in the early 1990s and a Salisbury limited-slip differential. The seller reports that the chassis was refurbished by Roush Performance in 2010 and that the clutch was replaced approximately three years ago.
The rolling chassis and body were manufactured by Autokraft Ltd. at the Brooklands Industrial Park in Surrey, England. Serial number AK1098 is stamped on the factory chassis and body tags.
