Staggered-width 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels are mounted with 205/55 front and 245/50 rear BFGoodrich g-Force Sport tires showing 2011 and 2012 date codes. Braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs with Porsche-branded calipers.
The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in Champagne Special leather, while black leather covers the dash and upper portions of the door panels. An aftermarket stereo system has been fitted, and additional amenities include air conditioning, an analog clock, carpeted floor mats, and power windows and locks. Wear is visible on the shift knob. The steering column bushing spacer was replaced in July 2022 by Joe’s Garage of Glendale, Wisconsin.
The gold-crest leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Champagne Special-dial VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with an inset boost pressure gauge as well as a 170-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows just under 42k miles.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six has been modified with an aftermarket intercooler. Work in July 2022 at Joe’s Garage included cleaning the battery area and mount, fitting a Bosch S5 battery, and changing the oil.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle. The right-side outer CV joint was serviced and the inner and outer axle boots were replaced by Joe’s Garage in July 2022. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below, along with the invoice from Joe’s Garage.
A spare wheel with a space saver tire stows in the front trunk. Photos of the included Porsche-branded air compressor and tool kit can be viewed in the gallery.
The Porsche Production Specifications sheet shows factory colors, options, and a production completion date of June 1986. An inspection was carried out in September 2022 by David Treichel at Zero To 60 Garage in Sherwood, Wisconsin, the results of which can be viewed in the gallery.
