The cabin features fixed-back seats upholstered in tan Connolly leather, joined by a color-coordinated lower dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, a wooden shift knob, power windows, a heated rear window, and an aftermarket Alpine head unit linked to JL Audio speakers. The headliner is detaching.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation consisting of a tachometer, a 170-mph speedometer, and gauges indicating voltage, oil pressure, boost pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 64k miles.
The turbocharged 2.2L inline-four features Bosch KE-Jetronic fuel injection. Factory-rated output was 215 horsepower and 202 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer states the most recent timing belt service was performed in 2014 at 63k miles with a Gates cam belt, and the battery was replaced in November 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch primary and secondary cylinders were replaced in November 2021, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
The window sticker lists delivery to C.V. Lotus in Los Angeles, California, along with equipment and a total suggested retail price of $58,136. Owner’s manuals and service records are also included in the sale.
