Silver-finished 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels are mounted with 205/65 Michelin Premier A/S tires. The car was factory equipped with power steering, a fully independent suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in Dark Brown leather along with a color-coordinating center console, door panels, and carpets. Interior amenities include a Becker AM/FM/cassette stereo, a CD changer, electric windows, central locking, and automatic climate control.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 170-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 20k miles, approximately 125 of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 227 horsepower and 279 lb-ft of torque. The oil pan gasket, oxygen sensor, motor mounts, transmission mount, and ignition control module were replaced in December 2015, and the air conditioning system was serviced and an oil change was performed in September 2021.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The muffler and subframe mounts were replaced in 2015.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Norman Scott Mercedes Benz in Houston, Texas, and lists factory equipment, colors, and a total suggested retail price of $56,600.
