The cabin features power-adjustable front seats upholstered in black leather with matching carpets and trim. Equipment includes air conditioning, electric windows, cruise control, and a Blaupunkt Reno cassette stereo. A short shifter was optioned from the factory.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation including a 170-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 41k miles, 23k of which were added by the seller. The speed sending unit for the speedometer was replaced in 2004, and a receipt for the repair can be viewed in the gallery. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.2-liter flat-six features Bosch Motronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 214 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque when new. The spark plugs were replaced in 2018, a new fuel filter was installed in 2020, and an oil service was performed in July 2021 when the alternator and battery were also replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a G50 five-speed manual transaxle. The left-side CV boots were replaced in 2020. Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery.
