The aluminum body is finished in Coniston Green and features black wheel arch flares. The NAS model was equipped with a roll cage from the factory, and additional equipment includes taillight protection, side step bars, a receiver hitch, and an ARB front bumper with a brush bar, driving lamps, and a winch. The Carfax report lists an accident in June 1996 that resulted in damage to the front end. Corrosion is visible in hardware, hinges, and other exterior components. Paint bubbles, worn weather seals, and a bent left step bar are shown up close in the gallery below.
The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires that were reportedly installed under current ownership, and a mismatched spare is housed in the rear area. Braking is from power-assisted discs at all four corners.
The front bucket seats are upholstered in Charcoal cloth and vinyl and are joined by a gray dashboard and door panels. The air conditioning system does not work, and the climate control vent lever is stiff. The cigarette lighter also does not work.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership. The “service engine” light is illuminated.
The 3.9-liter V8 was factory rated at 182 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. The fuel pump and relay were reportedly replaced in 2017, and the starter motor was also reportedly replaced under current ownership. A MagnaFlow muffler has been installed.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Corrosion is noted underneath the truck.
