Silver-finished staggered-width 18″ alloy wheels wear 245/40 front and 295/35rear Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires showing 2016 date codes. The suspension features adjustable coilovers, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features bucket seats trimmed in black leather, which extends to the dashboard and door panels, and the shifter trim is engraved with the transmission shift pattern and Panoz logo. The car is equipped with a defroster and an aftermarket cruise control system. Wear is visible on the seats and carpet and is shown up close in the gallery.
A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a centrally mounted gauge pod, which includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges showing fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 20k miles, approximately 3k of which added during current ownership.
The Ford-sourced 5.0-liter High Output V8 was shared with the contemporary Mustang and produced 225 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque when new. An engraved plaque mounted to the intake manifold states the initial owner’s name, chassis number 94021, and a build date of April 1994. An oil and filter change was performed in 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Borg Warner T5 five-speed manual transmission. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
