The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and Automatic Stability Control (ASC). Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs measuring 13.6″ and 12.9″ front and rear, respectively. Aftermarket suspension components were replaced with factory parts in March 2022. The brake fluid needs to be changed.
The cabin features Imola Red and Black Nappa leather covering the heated and power-adjustable front sport seats and door panel inserts, while brushed aluminum accents the dashboard, center console, and upper doors. The 4.9-liter S62 V8 is equipped with individual throttle bodies as well as double-VANOS continuously variable valve timing and was factory rated at 394 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 369 lb-ft of torque at 3,800 rpm. Service since 2021 consisted of updating the ECU software and replacing the battery and camshaft position sensor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. An aftermarket exhaust system was installed under previous ownership, and the removed factory exhaust system was re-installed in March 2022.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to BMW Performance Center in Greer, South Carolina, as well as factory colors, features, and a total suggested retail price of $73,045. Manufacturer’s literature, service records, and two keys are included in the sale.
