The 18″ Sport Techno wheels are wrapped in 225/40 front and 295/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires that were mounted in 2021. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an automatic brake differential. Standard equipment on the Turbo S included Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) featuring yellow-painted six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. Additional work performed in 2021 included a brake fluid exchange and the replacement of the front shock mounts, bump stops, and struts.
The cabin is trimmed in Graphite Grey leather with custom tailoring and features heated and power-adjustable seats with Porsche crests embossed on the headrests. Carbon-fiber accents adorn the dash, center console, door panels, shifter, and handbrake grip. Amenities include driver-seat memory settings, automatic climate control, an Alpine amplifier, Focal speakers, and a Kenwood touchscreen infotainment system with navigation as well as Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity. The air conditioning was reportedly recharged in 2020, and a replacement cabin air filter was fitted in 2021.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames blue-dial instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 48k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six was factory rated at 444 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. The X50 Turbo Power Kit was standard on the 996 Turbo S and included revised engine management software and larger turbochargers and intercoolers. The battery and spark plugs were replaced in 2019, and service performed in 2021 included an oil change, a fuel induction service, and a replacement water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt.
