The Murciélago roadster debuted for the 2004 model year, and this example is finished in Rosso Andromeda (PPG *0059). Exterior equipment includes a black convertible top, black mirror caps, a single windshield wiper, an automatically deploying rear spoiler and intakes, scissor doors, and central twin exhaust outlets. Clear protective film has been applied to the front bumper, hood, and rocker panels.
The 18″ alloy wheels are mounted with staggered width Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires that were installed in preparation for the sale. Stopping power is from black-finished Lamborghini-script calipers that are fitted over cross-drilled rotors. The underside of the front hood features a Valentino Balboni signature.
The cabin features black and beige leather upholstery on the seats and door panels, and black leather with red stitching covers the dashboard and center console. Black carpets are protected by embroidered floor mats, and other equipment includes automatic climate control, power windows, a center console storage compartment, and a Lamborghini-branded AM/FM/CD stereo.
The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel features a red centering stripe and carbon-fiber paddle shifters. Instrumentation includes a 220-mph speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 13k miles, approximately 7k of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 6.2-liter V12 was factory rated at 572 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. Oil and fluids changes were performed in July 2021 in preparation for the sale.
Power is transferred to all four wheels through a six-speed E-gear automated manual transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. The clutch was replaced in October 2018, and a Fabspeed exhaust system was installed during previous ownership.
