Alloy 17″ wheels are mounted with 265/65 Dunlop GrandTrek AT20 tires. Braking is provided by four-wheel anti-lock brakes with ventilated front rotors. The brake fluid was flushed in April 2022.
The seats are upholstered in Light Charcoal cloth and are complemented by a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. Tundra-branded floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and locks, JBL audio, and a factory CD/cassette stereo.
A multifunction steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles.
The 4.7-liter DOHC V8 was rated at 271 horsepower and 313 lb-ft of torque when new. Work carried out in April 2022 consisted of replacing the water pump, timing belt and tensioner, drive belt, and two pulleys along with performing an oil change and a coolant flush. The last California emissions test was completed in August 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underbody are presented in the gallery.
