Factory 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 215/45 front and 255/40 rear Sumitomo HTR Z III tires showing date codes from 2012. The CR model features higher-rate springs, stiffer anti-roll bars, and a quicker steering ratio compared to the standard AP2 S2000.
The cabin features CR seats upholstered in black Alcantara with yellow inserts and stitching, the latter of which is also found on the steering wheel, shift boot, and door panels. Amenities include push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, a concealed CD stereo, and a leather-wrapped aluminum shift knob.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a digital speedometer and a bar-style tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.2-liter VTEC F22C1 inline-four was factory rated at 237 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. A K&N air filter has been fitted. The battery was replaced in 2018 and an oil change was last performed in May 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Honda of Escondido, California, and lists factory equipment, colors, and a total vehicle price of $37,935.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California.
