The car is finished in Competition Orange with a black hood stripe, “reverse-C” side stripes with Boss 302 lettering, and rear spoiler. Additional features include a blacked-out grille with blocked-off fog light openings, a Boss 302-specific front fascia with a lower chin splitter, body-colored side mirrors, and a rear diffuser. Paint protection film was applied to the front bumper cover, headlights, a portion of the hood, fenders, and rocker panels in 2021. A ceramic coating was added to the exterior at the time of the PPF installation.
Factory 19″ wheels feature polished lips and are wrapped in 255/40 and 285/35 Pirelli P-Zero tires. The Boss 302 features electric power steering, five-way adjustable dampers, unique front and rear coil springs, and a revised rear sway bar and bushings. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes with four-piston Brembo calipers up front.
The cabin features seating upholstered in Charcoal Black cloth with matching carpets and engine-turned accents on the dashboard. Equipment includes Recaro front sport seats with Boss 302 embroidery in the backrests as well as air conditioning, cruise control, and a factory CD stereo.
An Alcantara-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The odometer indicates 6,400 miles.
The 5.0-liter DOHC V8 features a forged rotating assembly, CNC-ported cylinder heads, and revised camshafts. A K&N cold air intake was fitted in place of the factory component. The side-pipe exhaust baffles are removed and will be included in the sale along with the factory intake.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gears. The factory dual exhaust system features rear-exit outlets as well as side exit pipes with removable baffles.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Courtesy Ford of Okemos, Michigan along with factory colors, options, and a total MSRP of $43,575. Manufacturer’s literature, a Ford Racing production certificate, programmed Trackey, a transferable paint-protection film warranty, and a car cover are also included in the sale.
