The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 is said to have been modified by European Auto Solutions of Waltham, Massachusetts, with the RENNtech R1 package that consists of an ECU tune, a third-generation diverter valve, and BMC high-flow air filters in addition to ALPHA Performance auxiliary heat exchangers and a RENNtech intercooler and intercooler circulation pump. The Carfax report indicates that work in October 2019 included replacing the cylinder head, the intake manifold gaskets, and the spark plugs, while the water pump was replaced in March 2021. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed AMG Speedshift MCT automatic transmission, a limited-slip rear differential, and 4MATIC all-wheel drive.
