Braking is handled by red AMG-branded calipers over slotted and cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The car is equipped with an AMG adaptive sport suspension system and rear-axle steering.
The cabin features heated and power-adjustable seats upholstered in black Exclusive Nappa leather with Dinamica inserts, red accents, and matching stitching that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include the AMG Interior Night Package, red seat belts, AMG-branded floor mats, an 8.4″ COMAND infotainment system, Airscarf ventilated headrests, Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, a Burmester surround-sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Protective covers remain in place on the AMG-branded door sill plates.
A Dinamia-trimmed AMG Performance steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer with an inset fuel gauge, an 8k-rpm tachometer with an inset coolant temperature gauge, and a configurable digital display. The digital odometer indicates 519 miles.
The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 was factory rated at 550 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed AMG Speedshift DCT transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential.
