The Halibrand-style PS Engineering 17″ wheels are secured with knock-off spinners and wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs, and the car rides on four-wheel independent suspension with coilovers.
The fixed-back bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl with microsuede centers and red contrast piping and stitiching. Equipment includes latch-and-link lap belts, tinted sun visors, a rearview mirror, and an Alpine stereo receiver wired to an amplifier and a subwoofer. The glovebox features a Carroll Shelby signature.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel features an AC-logo horn button and fronts Smiths instrumentation including a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 6k miles, all of which have been added under current ownership.
The 521ci Ford V8 features a Cobra-branded air cleaner cover and valve covers, and the radiator is assisted by an electric fan. The spark plugs were replaced and the engine oil and coolant were changed in preparation for the sale per the seller. The seller notes a leak from the rear main seal.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO600 five-speed manual transmission reportedly equipped with a McLeod Racing clutch. Additional underside images are provided in the gallery.
