Light gray German Square Weave carpeting lines the floor as well as the front trunk, and other appointments include a RetroSound push-button radio with Bluetooth connectivity as well as Coco floor mats, lap belts, a Vintage Speed shifter, a gold-finished Porsche dash badge, aluminum pedal covers, a height-adjustable rearview mirror, and a parking brake handle mounted under the dashboard.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel features a Porsche-crest horn button and frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for engine temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 44 miles, and total chassis mileage is unknown.
The air-cooled Spyder 2,332cc flat-four is said to have been assembled by Pat Down Performance in Dinuba, California, and features a VM-3 camshaft, dual Weber carburetors, a remote-mounted oil cooler with an electric fan, and AN-style hoses and fittings.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission with a 3.44:1 ring and pinion. An A-1 Sidewinder exhaust system is fitted, and additional underbody photos are provided in the gallery.
