Additional exterior details include a body-color removable hardtop, a hood scoop, a chrome driver-side roll hoop, fender vents, side-exit exhaust pipes, chrome bumpers, 427 badges, and a Monza-style fuel-filler cap.
The 17″ American Racing Shelby wheels are secured by three-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with Nitto NT01 tires measuring 275/40 up front and 315/35 out back. The car rides on four-wheel independent suspension with adjustable coilovers, and braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with Wilwood calipers.
The low-back bucket seats and door panels are trimmed in perforated white vinyl with black piping, and RJS Racing Equipment harnesses are fitted for both occupants. Additional appointments include air conditioning, a windshield-mounted rearview mirror, wind wings, sun visors, and Cobra-logo floor mats. A glovebox blanking panel bears the signature of Carroll Shelby.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Speedhut instrumentation consisting of a 200-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, voltage, fuel level, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 2,300 miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The Roush 427R V8 features an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, a remote oil filter, MSD ignition components, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The oil was most recently changed in April 2023.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
