Featuring coachwork designed and fabricated by Pinin Farina of Turin, Italy, the Le Mans coupe was introduced in 1953 and featured headlights incorporated into the grille, a single-piece rear window, full-width bumpers, and subtle tail fins. This Le Mans coupe is believed to have been originally finished in brown, and a repaint in the current red lacquer was performed in the 1990s according to the selling dealer, who notes the bumpers and exterior brightwork were refinished at that time. The rear window has been replaced with a plexiglass unit.
15″ steel wheels are color-matched to the body and wear Nash-branded wire covers and Goodyear wide whitewall tires. The Nash-Healey utilizes a box-section frame, front trailing-arm suspension derived from the Healey Silverstone, and a coil-sprung solid rear axle.
Cabin finishes include replacement tan leather upholstery accompanied by matching door panels and interior trim, which are contrasted by a body-color metal dash and red carpets. A push-button radio is retained in the dash, and the wiring harness was replaced with a factory-style unit during the refurbishment according to the selling dealer.
Gold-faced instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with engine vitals, fuel level, and vacuum displayed inside. The five-digit odometer indicates 68k miles. Per the seller, the tachometer is inoperative due to the replacement of the distributor and coil with the magneto, and the oil pressure gauge has been bypassed in favor of a Stewart Warner unit fitted under the dash.
The “Le Mans Dual Jetfire” inline-six was increased in displacement to 252ci for 1952-1954 Nash-Healey production and was rated at 140 horsepower. Induction is through a pair of Carter side-draft carburetors, and modifications said to have been fitted in-period include a finned aluminum valve and side covers, an exhaust header, and a magneto installed in place of the distributor. Service within the past year is said to have included a valve adjustment, rebuild of the water pump, cleaning of the fuel system, fluid changes, and servicing of the carburetors.

Power is sent rearward through a three-speed manual gearbox equipped with overdrive. Corrosion is noted on the underbody and rockers, and additional photos showing the suspension, chassis, and driveline are presented in the gallery below.
