Replacement wheels feature a red finish and are equipped with factory-style spinner hubcaps and Firestone whitewall tires. The removed set of factory steel wheels are included in the sale.
The interior features seats upholstered in red vinyl with textured inserts as well as a color-keyed dashboard, carpeting, and door panels. A factory Wonder Bar AM radio is fitted in the metal dashboard, and additional photos of the gauges, switchgear, and materials are provided in the gallery below.
Factory instrumentation includes a sweeping 140-mph speedometer along with a centrally oriented 6k-rpm tachometer flanked by gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, amperage, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer currently shows 57k miles, with total mileage unknown.
Featuring Rochester mechanical fuel injection, the 283ci V8 was rated by Chevrolet at 283 horsepower when new. The fuel-injection plenum has been replaced with a later-style unit, and results from a June 2019 inspection conducted by Rowley Corvette Supply of Rowley, Massachusetts are included in the gallery below.
