This example is finished in Champagne Yellow (6205) and features a coupe windshield, steel roof section, rear bodywork from a cabriolet model, twin decklid grilles, and an external fuel filler on the right-front fender. Rust repair was performed on the floor panels in 2019, at which time the window seals were replaced, the doors adjusted, and the paint touched-up. A new turn signal relay was installed in February 2021.
Chrome 15” wheels feature color crest hubcaps and are mounted with Bridgestone Ecopia EP-422 tires. Braking is handled by finned drums at all four corners. The steering box was resealed in 2019, and the wheel bearings axle boots, brake lines, and brake master cylinder were replaced.
The cabin features low-back seats trimmed in black leatherette with matching door panels. New salt-and-pepper carpets were installed in 2019. Lap belts, a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, and a clock are fitted. A heater control slider is missing.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames green-letter VDO instrumentation including a combination gauge, central 6k-rpm tachometer, and 120-mph speedometer. Just over 6,400 miles are shown on the five-digit odometer, 5,300 of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 1.6-liter flat-four features dual Weber 40 IDF carburetors and was removed and serviced in September 2019. A new six-volt battery was fitted later that year.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transaxle that was rebuilt in 2019. A new exhaust was also fitted.
