Originally finished in Silver Blue (912), the fiberglass split-window body has been removed, repaired, and refinished following competition use during the seller’s decades of ownership. The body has been fitted to an SRIII Motorsports tube chassis, and additional features include faux hood vents, retractable headlights with Detroit Speed Engineering electric motors, “Fuel Injection” badging, a driver-side mirror, tinted glass, chrome front and rear bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets.

Originally finished in Silver Blue (912), the fiberglass split-window body has been removed, repaired, and refinished following competition use during the seller’s decades of ownership. The body has been fitted to an SRIII Motorsports tube chassis, and additional features include faux hood vents, retractable headlights with Detroit Speed Engineering electric motors, “Fuel Injection” badging, a driver-side mirror, tinted glass, chrome front and rear bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets.
Split-spoke 18″ front and 19″ rear Budnik forged wheels are mounted with 235/40 and 285/35 Michelin Pilot A/S3 tires. Braking is handled by Wilwood six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, with two-piece rotors at all four corners. Additional features include front and rear independent suspension sourced from a C6 Corvette and coilovers with double-adjustable dampers.
The refurbished cabin has Glide Engineering bucket seats trimmed in black leather with a matching dashboard and door panels. Other amenities include gray square-weave carpeting, Vintage Air climate control, a quartz analog clock, and an Antique Automobile head unit mounted vertically in the center stack.
A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a Flaming River tilting column and fronts Dakota Digital instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates just under 100 miles, which is said to reflect the distance traveled since completion of the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown, and the seller estimates having driven the car 50k miles over the past 38 years.
The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 was installed by the seller and features Wiseco pistons, Borla fuel injection with individual throttle bodies, a Holley Terminator engine-management system, a ceramic-coated and mandrel-bent Heartthrob dual exhaust system, stainless-steel mufflers, ribbed valve covers, a Holley oil pan, a stainless-steel fuel tank, a Ron Davis aluminum radiator, and a Billet Specialities serpentine-belt conversion.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a Currie 9″ rear end with 3.55:1 gears and an Eaton Detroit Truetrac limited-slip differential. Additional photos showing the condition of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
