Chrome 15” wire wheels wear two-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with 165/80 Nexen tires that are said to have been recently installed. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes, and work performed in 2013 included replacement of the brake master cylinder and booster.
The interior was refreshed under previous ownership and is trimmed in tan upholstery with matching door panels and replacement carpeting. The dashboard is accented with black walnut panels along with a custom black walnut steering wheel, and additional equipment includes lap belts, a heater, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror. Black floor mats are included in the sale.
Smiths instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 78k miles, approximately 2k of which were added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
The 2.9-liter inline-six is equipped with twin SU carburetors that were rebuilt in 2013. Additional work performed at that time included installing an upgraded radiator and replacing the fuel pump, distributor, and water pump. An oil change was performed around one months ago.
