Body-color 14″ steel wheels wear chrome trim rings with matching hubcaps and are mounted with 195/75 Michelin Radial HX tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs. The trim rings show scratches and dents.
The interior features blue MB-Tex seat upholstery along with a matching dash pad and door panels. Wood trim accents the dash and center console, and additional amenities include gray carpets, a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, hand-crank side windows, an analog clock, and a heater. The driver’s seat back shows wear, the steering wheel is cracked, and the carpet and rubber floor mats are worn.
VDO instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer has rolled over and shows 15k miles, approximately 12k of which were added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
The 2.5-liter M129 inline-six features Bosch mechanical fuel injection and was factory rated at 170 horsepower and 173 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2017 included a tune-up and repairing the fuse box wiring and a coolant leak. The battery was replaced in March 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. Additional underside images are provided below.
