The selling dealer states that the exterior was refinished during previous ownership in 2016, and features include a removable Targa roof panel as well as a soft folding rear window, a left-side Talbot mirror, bumper overriders, and H4 headlights. 15″ Fuchs wheels are mounted with 195/65 Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus tires that show 2016 date codes. The suspension is said to have been overhauled during previous ownership, and equipment includes Koni shocks and four-wheel disc brakes.
The car was ordered with black leather upholstery and Recaro front sport seats from the factory, and the seats were refurbished with black leather upholstery accented by houndstooth cloth inserts. Peppered low-pile carpeting covers the floors, and the footwells are protected by black mats. A multi-band Blaupunkt radio is mounted in the center of the dashboard, the controls show signs of age.
The wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel with a Porsche-crest horn button frames VDO instrumentation that includes an 8k-rpm tachometer, 150-mph speedometer, fuel and temperature gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows just under 13k miles, approximately 650 of which have been added by the selling dealer over the past four years. True mileage is unknown.
The 2.0-liter flat-six utilizes Weber carburetors and was rated for 130 horsepower and 129 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Engine stamping ☆3280012☆ is shown above and matches the number listed on the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity below. Transaxle stamping 3280142 is shown in the gallery and also matches the CoA.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed 902/1 manual transaxle. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
