The truck is equipped with a suspension lift, and work performed during the refurbishment involved replacing the master cylinder as well as installing four-wheel disc brakes, Wild Horses front springs, Bilstein shock absorbers, and Tom’s Off Road locking front hubs.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl along with a color-coordinated dash pad, door panels, and chrome door trim. Work performed under current ownership involved installing a Toms Off Road heater, dash pad, and twin-stick transfer case shifter as well as replacing the window regulators and door handles, reinforcing the roll cage mounts, and coating the floor and bed area with bed liner material. Additional equipment includes lap belts, vent windows, and a glove box.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Dakota Digital instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The oil pressure gauge wiring harness was repaired in 2023. The digital odometer shows 18 miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 302ci crate V8 was installed during the refurbishment along with Holley fuel injection, an aluminum radiator, and a replacement alternator. The battery was replaced in 2023.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, both of which were installed under current ownership along with replacement drive shafts.
