Finished in white from the factory, the Carrozzeria Ghia-designed body was refinished during previous ownership and fitted with wheel arch extensions and rear quarter-window scoops. Other components include a vented hood, split bumpers, pop-up headlights, bright mirror covers, black-finished rocker panels, and quad exhaust outlets. Rock chips are noted in the front fascia and hood, and cracked and blemished paint around the body is shown close-up in the gallery below.

Silver 16″ and 17″ Simmons wheels are mounted with an older set of 225/50 Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires up front and 315/35 Sumitomo HTR 35Z tires out back. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood calipers over ventilated discs at all four corners. A set of braided steel brake lines is included in the sale.
The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl with cloth inserts, and the seat foam was replaced in 2022 along with the carpets. A gated shifter, power windows, and replacement sun visors are additional elements. The car has door speakers, but the radio has been removed. The courtesy light is not working, and the seller states that the air conditioning system needs service and the car does not have a parking brake. A replacement parking brake handle and spare gauges that will accompany the car are pictured below.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,900-rpm redline. Aftermarket gauges monitoring amperage, fuel level, coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel pressure are mounted in place of the removed radio along with an inoperative air/fuel ratio gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 42k miles, approximately 250 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown. The speedometer is said to be inconsistent below 40 mph, and a number of the gauge backlight bulbs require replacement.
The 351ci Cleveland V8 is equipped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor featuring mechanically actuated secondary butterflies in addition to electronic ignition, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a high-capacity oil sump, and a fuel pump shut-off switch. Service under current ownership included replacing the water pump belt, accessory belt, and idler pulley bearing according to the seller, who notes oil seepage and an inoperative control valve for the heater core, which was bypassed during previous ownership.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transaxle. Corrosion is noted on the rocker panel below the back edge of the left door, and additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
