The Pininfarina-designed body is said to have been originally finished in Rosso Rubino, and received a color change to its current shade of Fly Yellow while with its third owner in the late 1980s or early 1990s. US-market lighting includes recessed front turn signals and side markers, while the rear lighting has been converted to a European configuration.

Campagnolo wheels measure 14″x7.5” and were added around the same time as the repaint. Bridgestone Potenza RE71 tires are mounted at all four corners. A 14″x6.5” Cromodora spare wheel with Michelin rubber is housed in the front compartment. Braking is handled by vacuum-assisted discs all around, and a brake fluid flush was performed by the selling dealer in December 2020.
The cockpit has been changed from beige to black and features Daytona-style seats upholstered in leather, gray carpeting, a fluted black headliner, a flocked dash cover, and a gated shifter. Amenities include power windows and air conditioning, the latter of which was converted to use R134a refrigerant in December 2020.
Veglia Borletti instrumentation includes a 170-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,800-rpm redline as well as a clock and gauges monitoring oil pressure, oil and coolant temperature, fuel level, and amperage. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 45k miles, a handful of which have been added by the selling dealer. A Becker Europa AM/FM radio is mounted in the dash.
The mid-mounted 2.4-liter Tipo 135CS V6 features a 65° angle between cylinder banks, dual overhead camshafts, and triple Weber carburetors. Service performed by the selling dealer in December 2020 included a water pump rebuild, oil and filter changes, and a valve clearance check as well as replacement of the thermostat, cooling hoses, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs.
